Shipping Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Upon receiving your order, a receipt will be sent to your email or via the platform you ordered from.

We currently ship only within the Metropolitan area of Finland. Orders placed through our partnered platforms will be processed directly on those platforms. For larger orders, additional preparation time may be required, and we will schedule a courier for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via the contact information provided.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times for Coffee Beans

• Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa: €7 flat rate or free shipping on orders over €50. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 working hours, unless otherwise agreed.

• Other areas of Uusimaa: €15 flat rate or free shipping on orders over €80. Estimated delivery time is 4-6 working hours, unless otherwise agreed.

In-store pickup

You can skip the delivery fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order through our webshop and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within the same day.

Please note that due to limited stock, we are currently unable to ship to areas outside the Metropolitan region.
